Pre-Construction

Preparation at the beginning insures success in the end.

At the beginning of any project we strive to have an in-depth understanding of our client’s goals. Thereafter, we work closely with the key individuals and/or teams to provide input during the conceptual stages of a project's design through construction until the project is complete and the facility is occupied.

Pre-Construction Services Include:

  • Form an understanding of the project
  • Assemble a team to do the work
  • Create a strategy and schedule
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s goals and align the project to match.

Construction

Site management during construction is a vital part of our process

Lancon Incorporated actively manages the project daily on-site. Typical responsibilities include: jobsite management and project setup; field office and manpower management; materials and tools/equipment procurement and maintenance; quality control; safety; and project close out.

The construction phase is the physical process of building and all other associated activities such as landscaping, refurbishing, site clearance, and demolition.

The activities during this phase are too numerous to list. Sequencing is important as is lead times and any legislative or time-sensitive compliance issues. The contractor's project manager is vital in this part of the process to mitigate waste and risk.

Post-Construction

We warranty our work and back that warranty with a full-time service team

Lancon's work is backed by a full-time and fully-equipped service department. If a warranty issue requires new material or equipment, Lancon will work with the manufacturers, suppliers, and Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.

Like the pre-construction phase, the post-construction phase protects you should any situations come up after the build is complete. A good contractor knows that the work isn’t done once you move in.
